Hi !! Hope you are all having a great weekend
For lunch I had home made lamb stew. No salt added, I don`t like salt so no salt on my stew afterwards, it was purely a few pieces of lamb for me as I am not a big lamb lover, carrots, celery, butter nut squash, but HOW do I enter that in on my diary??
SURELY it has not got 17grams of fat or 170 cals in my bowl as I only have a small portion and its really healthy...
Thanks for the help xx

In the "Food" section, you can add your own recipe and it calculates all that for you. I have already started utilizing this because I am a from scratch cook/baker (my poor spoiled son...lol), and this makes it so much easier than having to figure out what other food item might be close to what I made. I hope this helps!0

If you go to the recipes tab under Food, you can enter all of the ingredients and calculate it yourself.0
