I am pretty new to this site. So I have been spending a lot of time the past few days being inspired by all the post etc. I even took my laptop out side yesterday to get some sun and read and post!!! (Tan fat looks better than white fat ) Oh I did walk 3 before hitting my louge chair....Anyway I had a dream last night about going to a big over eaters meeting or conference.......Does that mean I should slow down....??
Enjoy the day...I better get to the gym!

I don't think there is anything wrong with getting excited to change your life.
And dreams are just dreams. Most of the time they are simple reflections of our day taken a step forward.

I spend more time on here than I ever have on facebook!! At least it is a "healthy addiction"0

I think a little obsession at the beginning is normal - it should level off eventually. I find motivation, good advice and good ideas in reading the posts here, (usually) and it helps me stay focused on what I'm trying to do. I wouldn't worry too much at this point. Let your enthusiasm get you off to a great start!0
