I just started on MFP yesterday. My wife has been using this for about a week and says it seems to really help out.

Anyways, I am married with 3 kids. I work in landscape construction in sunny FL.

    i've been on here a couple of weeks now and i'm finding myself eating a lot better and being in control of what i am eating. Its really working for me so I'm sure it'll help you.
