Tweeners 11/07 Check-in

Ok, All. Here's the Friday check-in
I did pretty good this week, had:
Dairy: Every Day (yogurt)
Greens: Every Day (been on a green bean kick)
Water: 64 oz every day but 1 (kinda flaked on Tuesday)
Exercise: Elliptical 30 min. a day for only 3 days, but I tried
MUFAs: 1 Snack baggie full per day
I'll be choosing next weeks challenge maker. For those of you newbies, on Fridays we check in, and whoever has done exceptional for the week gets to pick our next challenge. That person post the challenge for the week on Sunday morning (unless you're on the west coast like me, then Sat. night) and titles it "Tweeners month/date" Our next challenge can be whatever you choose, exercise, food, drink with one exception: we established early on that NO ONE WILL EAT LIMA BEANS!!!!!!!!!

No worries, partner (even though we don't have partners anymore). You still Rock, and you've done awesome since we started.0 -
Dairy: Milk in my meal replacement shakes (close to 2 cups every day) + cheeses.
Greens: Not so much, 1 ceasar salad with supper. But a few apples and grapes in between.
Exercise: 30 min TMT 100 pushup challenge I did 35 pushups

Next week I am aming at doing the TMT 30min per day every day!0 -

Well, I guess this week has been kinda difficult for everyone. But I think that tookieb did the best out of all of us, so, tookieb, it's up to you next week. I'm passing the torch on....0

I did OK but nothing to brag about with our challenges. It was hard traveling but now I am so glad to be home!
