Victory or Defeat

Sometimes I feel like I'm getting nowhere in my weight loss process. I don't see much of a difference and the process is slow that at times can hinder my motivation. Not to mention the amount of weight I must lose is overwhelming and what people say about my weight or struggle. However, you can never know success without trying at least. There's this quote that I came across, which I think describes my battle with weight loss and it motivates me to keep going. I hope it helps you as well. (:

What a fantastic quote, I think I may have to steal this and print it out.
I am the same as you I have practicall half of myself to loose and even when you put on just a lb of what you have lost it can kick you off course.0 -
Exactly there is nothing as hard as seeing the weight go up, especially when you have worked so hard! I'm trying to stay motivated tho and people's words often help (:0

That is a great quotes as well. I still fear exercise! I haven't reached the point where I love it. I still have to fight myself for every workout. So far, I'm winning but it's hard because the fear is debilitating. It's great that you have turned your fear into a positive thing. I'm getting there!0

Lol I am proud of what I achieved so far. That is my Goal #1. I cut it down into several goals so it's not overwhelming. (: After I reach that goal, I'm setting a new one. I still have about 80 lbs to lose total.0 -
You've lost 16lbs!! You are definitely making progress even though you feel like it's a yo yo game going on. Keep at it. You will succeed. If you give up on something that you want, how will that make you feel? The way I see my goals (and not just weight loss goals) is, I'm going to turn 25 either way, I might as well turn 25 being a weight I'm happy with. Even though it takes so much time, I really have no good reason to throw away the hard work I've already put in.
