When I checked into the gym today, one of the guys working stopped and said, "You've been in here everyday haven't you?" I laughed and said "Yep!" Nothing big, but it was a big motivator for me to work out harder today.

yeah i know just what you mean , a few weeks ago i locked my keys in the car on my way into the gym , went in and had to ask to use there phone to call my mom who has spares. i mention we live just around the corner , and thats why i chose here as i would have no excuse not to come.
and he mention yeah I see you hear alot.
