Two sizes and a suit.

When I started my diet 8 weeks and 30 pounds ago I was a 40" waist, today I comfortably got into a pair of jeans I bought over 12 years ago which are a 36" waist. :glasses:
I cleared out my wardrobe yesterday and tried on a suit that was to small for me 3 months ago which I had dry cleaned, it now is far to big,
I will be taking the suit and a large bag of clothing to the charity shop next week.
