I've been working on this for about a month and a half, but the scale still isn't budging much. Going off of the scale, it would seem that what I've been doing isn't working. But, I know the scale isn't the end all-be all of weight loss, so I'm measuring as well. i took measurements this morning and the last time I measured was on 6/29, so a few days shy of a month.
Waist 1.5 in lost
Hips .5 in lost
Belly/midway 2 in lost
thighs 2.5 in lost
My chest and arms are measuring the same. Add it all up, and it's a 6.5 IN loss. I know 1-2 lbs a week is supposed to be the ideal weight loss, but I don't know what the ideal for inches is,. I mean, regardless any loss is a good loss, but I don't know if it's an excellent loss, a typical loss, or if I should be trying to step my game up...which is what I've been thinking just looking at the scale.

hello that is awesome it took me many pounds to see that kind of difference and 50 pounds later and I still haven't lost more than 1.5 on my hips!0
