Amazing results and good for you. like the x rated NSV lol. Hope you don't mind me saying from the two photos in the 2nd photo you look younger as well. You and your family must be very proud.

And yes LSC is meant to mean Life Style Change. I get asked quite often what type of diet I am on and the look on most peoples face after I explain to them that it's not a diet but a new way of life for me leaves quite a few perplexing looks. I got to where I was eating like a fool but will live the rest of my life eating like a King.
