Sunday workout challenge

I got this idea from the Skinny Mom page on facebook... if you haven't already, you should check it out; they do occasional workout challenges... Copy and pasted this one from their page :
Weekend Workout Challenge! 50 burpees, 50 push-ups, and 100 crunches! Get on it!
If you can't do them all at once... cause it's harder than it sounds... do them in sets... I am doing mine in 5 different sets throughout the day.... 10 burpees, 10 push-ups, and 20 crunches (each set)....

‎1) Start off in a squat position with hands in front of you on the floor,
2) jump your legs back to a push up/high plank position
3) then jump your feet back to the squat position
4) then leap up to a standing position.... those four steps are one rep....
