:flowerforyou: Thanks to all for the encouraging words, I wasn't losing any weight I actually gained 3 lbs of it back because I was only consuming like 800-1000 a day, I increased to 1200-1400 and I have lost one of those three lbs! I love it here I wouldn't have been able to do it without mfp!!!!!!!
