Hi Everyone
Until I hit 40 I seemed to be able to eat anything and burn it all off, but now at 42, I have stacked about 15lb on since September and it's still going up.
I have got the the point where the new increased size trousers I bought are too small, and so thought enough is enough!
I HAVE to stick to this. I have set a goal of 10lb to begin with, as I don't want to scare myself into eating rubbish again LOL
Fingers crossed I actually get through my first week!:laugh:

The first week is the hardest but know at the end of that week your going to feel amazing!

I too found this site thx to my phone. Been here a little over 60 days and am here all the time. Its a very useful site. I am also 42, well for another week, and HAD to make some drastic changes in my life. So glad to have found this site.
