New to MyFitnessPal, trying to stay motivated!

Hi everyone! I've joined MyFitnessPal today looking for some support, encouragement, motivation in my quest for weight loss. I figure that if I not only document my progress, but also share my thoughts and feelings with others with similar goals, I might just stick with it this time! This looks like a great site with everything I need. I'm hoping to make new friends here and stay on track with my weight and fitness goals!

    Welcome! You will find lots of motivation, support and information on this site. Its a real learning curve when you first start logging your foods but it makes it easier to make choices once you get used to it. Good luck and feel free to add me if you like :smile:

    Welcome! I LOVE it here! You can ask any question, find lots of answers, and learn from people who are actually DOING it! Those are the real experts in my book!

    What really helps to motivate me sometimes is looking at the success stories and especially those with pictures!

    Just remember one important thing: It is a lifestyle change, not a race. THere will be no finish line and when you do lose all of your weight it will take an equal amount of attention to make sure it stays gone this time!
