Gilad workout

ok so I'm doing a Gilad VHS lol & it is hips abs legs arms. Not super high impact so heart rate isn't very high. I do not have an hrm yet. What do you guys think I'd log it as? I've been logging it as aerobics general but that's probably wrong..

    I have 2 Gilad workouts logged according to my HRM. I have Gilad 45 Minute Split Toning (which is closest to strength training in the database) and the same title Cardio (which is closest to low impact aerobics in the database). I am not sure if yours is more toning or cardio. Hope this helps.
