we took our kids to a museum yesterday and after looking through all the pictures we took I saw one of me from behind and I was shocked by how small I looked compared to a year ago and it made my day

    Great NSV. We need to see the results as well as others. When I am getting dressed I can't help but look at the mirror image of myself and notice that I can now see an hour glass figure coming back, now that some of the fat does not hide it.
