I really was wanting to know which is more important?!?!?

    I'm all about calories-- we're on super tight budget, and I just can't worry about which calories I eat. A lot of days, it's mostly carbs 'cause pasta is the cheapest dinner, and that jazz. But, even with "real" non "diet" food, I'm still losing by just exercising and counting the calories.

    i only pay attention to calories and fiber and somewhat fat.

    I mostly worry about my calories, I am to the point right now that if I go over a little bit I kinda stress out but I don't go over very miuch if at all. I just make sure that I do get enough protein in my system each day to stay fuller longer. Hope this helps.

    Calories but I also try not to have nasty sugar and fat stuff either. So even though I have the calories for it I wont go and down a donut or something :D

    But then again I make sure I'm close to my calories for the day. If I go over I don't stress I just workout more :wink:

    I care most about calories and sodium...whatever with the rest of it. Usually if all that's okay the rest of the nutritionals are fine!
