Going off track

Ok so as of lately i feel my goal for maintaining my weight has gone way off track! Please look at my diary entries for past couple of days and help(ps the quick add calories i can tell you what they were they just werent on mfp)

    i eat until im full really i try to eat more but i eat my breaky early work til i eat lunch work again then by the time im home its dinner time but other than that i try to eat most of my cals like tonight
