When is enough enough

So I did my WII Zumba Fitness Party this afternoon, burned 468 calories and feel like I accomplished somthing. But there's still a lot of daylight left and I feel like i should be doing something else other than sitting on this damn computer reading or researching or watching television.
So, when do you know when to quit?? Or do you just keep going until you fall down??

Don't burn yourself out! If you feel like you shouldn't just be sitting around, I'd suggest doing some housework or something else constructive, but you don't need to do any more cardio today.0

Maybe just going for a light walk would help?0

Now do something fun. What do you feel like doing?0

I feel the same way! I am tempted to make a trip to the gym before it closes, but I know that I have gone from a lazy couch potato to a fat gym rat in just a manner of a few days, so I am trying to let my body take a break. I know I'm going to work out again tomorrow, and I might do a little easy yoga this evening- nothing to work up a sweat, just enough to give me a good stretch. I know that if I hurt myself, I'll be laid up on the couch, and then the potato chips and self pity will creep... no, not creep- will come screaming back into my life. A nice, leisurely walk might be nice. Something easy. Don't keep going until you can't go anymore!0
