How many calories per minute do planks burn?
I've been doing one plain, one left and one right plank each night before I go to bed for a minute each. I know it's not a huge amount but I would still like to know.

    probably the only way you are going to know is to get a calorie counter.

    I would think that falls in the Yoga category.

    depends on your weight-140 pound person burns 30 calories an hour
