I am a member of Planet Fitness & would like to start logging my exercise so I know where I stand w/ my calories I have burned. Only problem is that I don't know if I would log each machine (not having luck finding them) or do I just put it in as Strength Training (general)?? The Strength Training is considered the upper body, lower body, & abs correct? Doing treadmill or such...I would be safe to pick the cardio (general)?? I did find the circut for the one day that I do that so I'm sure that is okay. Although...if I do the step, walking, jumping jacks etc between.....do I put that under cardio (general)?? Want to make sure I am logging all of this correctly. Any help is much appreciate! Thank you in advance!!

I'd get a heart rate monitor, and that way you know what you've burned during your entire workout.0
