Half a Thomas Light english muffin with a tablespoon of Chavrie brand chevre cheese, sprinkled with balsamic vinegar and herbs de provence or Mrs. Dash. Sometimes stick a tomato or greens on top. I have a savory tooth rather than a sweet tooth and this is very satisfying for about 75 calories.0

My newest Favorite goto snack is a half cup of 0% Fage plain Greek yoghurt with 1/2 an ounce of unsalted smoothe almond butter and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice mixed in. 140 calories, super delicious and surprisingly filling.0

Frozen Mango chunks (slightly thawed) It gets rid of my sweet icecream cravings and great treat cool on a hot day. I usually buy it at Trader Joes or Dole has it as well.0

I love greek yogurt with fresh or frozen fruit, veggies with hummus, mini rice cakes with a little cool whip free ( freeze them and they're like mini ice cream sandwiches!)0

I love popcorn too. We just buy a package of kernals, pour a couple of tbs into a paper lunch bag, and pop them in the microwave for 3 min. Then sprinke a bit of salt and olive oil. They are great!!0 -

If you've really got a case of the munchies the best thing is a bag of Trader Joe's Skinny Fries. I just open the back and spinkle some cracked pepper. The whole bag is only 330 cals. Great for guiltless munching!0
