So last year in total i lost 40 pounds and got down to 115! Unfortunately I have developed a binge eating disorder and I'm back at 122. Its so devastating, and I'm leaving for college in about 1 month. Is it healthy and possible to lose those 5-6 pounds in one month?

Definitely! As long as you eat healthy and exercise, it's totally possible. :)

4-5 lbs is totally doable for someone of your size, but its definititely going to take hard work. I wish you all the best and hope you are able to manage your eating disorder.

With only 6 pounds to lose, you'd be better off aiming to lose .5 pound per week. You'll keep more of your muscle that way, and you'll also be less tempted to binge because it will be a smaller calorie reduction. No one but you will notice that you're down 3 pounds and not the 6 you wanted when school starts.

    THIS!

The three pounds that you lost slowly will make more of an impact than six pounds you lose quickly since the majority of it will be from fat, not your lean muscle mass.
