Hey all--
So I'm only in week one of this journey and have 35ish pounds to go, but thought I'd ask: what keeps you going when you aren't working out or eating healthy foods?
What have you started doing (instead of eating) that makes you happy? What do you spend your time doing?
Jenna

I clean my house and run after my 4 yr old....lol, shopping, working, hanging out with friends! My mind is usually off of eating then. I also substitute 2 protein shakes, 1 in the early afternoon and then 1 after dinner. That keeps me full in between meals. I hope this helps! Feel free to request me as a friend!!!

I'm still working on that myself! I'm a stay at home mom/student so sometimes I get busy and its hard to make good food decisions. I also tend to eat out of boredom so I'm trying to read, or clean house if I feel like eating. Also I drink a glass of water if I think I'm hungry and by then, I'm usually over whatever the craving was.0

Between meals? I feel like I am always cleaning, preparing veggies/fruit/grain/beans, eating them or cleaning up. Between meals I'm getting ready for the next meal:-(0

After 3 weeks i started noticing in the mirror that i am looking better. and clothes fit me nicely again. So if i walk past a mirror and take a glance it gives me a boost to keep going. I also think about other goals like running longer faster, throwing a ball further and learning a new sport to keep me wanting to continue. When i a eat bad food i feel gross look gross and i like the way i feel and am looking now.0

Reading about other people and how they're doing it Sounds strange, but reading about all the food and what everyone else is doing from this site, keeps me from being bad. Well...most of the time!0
