    I started at home today with my pole i got 2 years ago. An let me tell you after doing it for 30 mins my arms an legs are killing me in a good way.

    X-pole...I have been selling them to my students for 5 yrs...if ur local to Tacoma Wa I can help put it up if needed. Good luck.

    I sure miss me some Washington... Loved it out there. Lived in the puyallup area.
