just wanted to say hello to the ones that know me and to the new ones that have joined just wanted to say believe in this site make a lifestyle change (its not a diet ) if any doubts check my profile for before and after the pic you see now was oct 6 2008 the fat one was jan 15 th 2008 all due to this site and the people here to that THANK YOU :drinker:
