Medifast and Exercise

For any of you that have tried or are currently on the Medifast program, how do you handle exercise? I am considering this program as a jumpstart to a 6-week plateau which I can't break, but I do not want to give up my 60-minute water aerobics class or my treadmill time. I like exercising, but if I burn 350-500 calories during each workout session, my net cals would be 600 or less, which is obviously not sustainable. Are you supposed to eat those calories back in the form of more MF meals? And how much more expensive does that make it? I read somewhere that if you exercise you are only supposed to increase your one serving of protein...but that probably won't cut it for me.

I am on medifast and have continued exercising while on it. What i do is add another snack (generally nuts) and make my lean and green a little bigger - bigger salad with a LOT of veggies, and a bigger piece of meat) I have been able to keep working out, but have been a little weak feeling. I have been loosing weight. so i plan on keeping with it for another week or two, then mabye adding in something else0
