I need help. My family just bought a Mac and the Apple store said they would transfer everything we asked. They kept our new Mac and our old desktop for 2 days. We quickly realized That they didn't transfer everything.
So I need to know, is there anyway to transfer all of our Outlook Express e-mails to the Mac Mailbox for free? All the sites keep talking about Entourage, but I have no idea what that is.

Hello!
'Entourage' is a part of the Microsoft Office for Mac suite. It is their mac version of Outlook. DId you guys purchase Microsoft Office for Mac?
As for transferring the emails over, there are a couple ways to do that. The first would be to use 'Entourage' and transfer the files over manually. The second option (and my preferred method) would be to just re-sync up to the mail server. Who is the email provider for your old Outlook mailbox?
Hope this helps! I worked at the Apple Store for 2 years before I graduated college and got a 9-5 desk job. ;-)0 -
We are not using MS Office for Mac, just gonna stick with Snow Leopard.
And we use Comcast, but with that method, is there a way to transfer e-mails that are 3 years old?0
