Hi.
I have worked out regularly for over 20 years, and in the past 3 years have had trouble keeping my weight where I would be more comfortable. Forcing me to keep track of my food is eye-opening. But the calculators are a bit of a PITA!
I have changed my workouts in the past several months to go from regular weightlifting and twice weekly spin classes to TRX/kettlebell classes and twice weekly spin classes. I also live in an area where I am able to get a great deal of daily activity just walking: walking to and from the gym or to and from work, or even food shopping. I still feel that I can't get enough activity in, but I know that most of the best results from watching food intake.
Anyone here familiar with Clean Eating concepts? Any tips for a celiac sufferer???
And how does everyone classify TRX training? As a strength or cardio program.
