Hey everyone , I am curious about something.I went ahead and logged my food for tommorrow which is the 25th and I was under my calorie goal but it said if everyday were like that day i'd weigh 141 , if I am under my calorie goal shouldn't it be a whole lot less then 141 for the estimate of what i'd weigh?Does it even look at the food choices you make as well as if your under your goal or not , I am wondering if it's that advanced to were it looks at your food choices and all that too, please let me know , thank you

I have 1250 calories plus 500 excercise calories so after I logged everything I have 70 left
  • Not eating enough will put your body into starvation mode and you will actually gain weight. This is why it is recommended for people to eat at least 1200 calories a day. So it's possible that you're not eating enough.

oh I am , I am consuming around 1800 a day but it said if I ate like that everyday i'd weigh 141 so im not in starvation mode , still under my goal though cause I have excercise calories too
  • What is your start weight? I think it also has to do with the amount and types of exercise you do on that particular day. Because on some days I am told I will weight 197 in 5 weeks and others it says 202 in 5 weeks. And if I look at my exercise for those days, it's the only real big difference. And, I also think it has something to do with fat and sugar intake possibly.

I would like to see more healthy foods. No more slim fast. No more vodka and sugared soda. Think real, wholesome. Eggs, sandwiches, chicken breasts, fish, whole wheat, skim milk, low fat cheese, veggies, fruit. I eat about 1800 calories a day.
  • It's not so much the food itself as it is the nutritional values, like carb type, sugar, fat etc. I guess the best thing we could all do is eat excessively healthy one day and then eat whatever the next (as long as we stay in our calorie allotments) and see what the weights say, then we would know for sure.

Hi I had a look at your food diary and here are a few tips id suggest, try eat your biggest meal in the morning. Try eat real food . When you drink shakes your body doesn't have to work hard to diggest, if you were to eat for eg. Nuts in stead your body will burn calories for hours digesting it.. Hope IV helped a little wish you luck and good weight loss. =)
