3 x 15 days diet plan

I want to share my experience about a book I got from my friend. They have just enhance the much hyped three days diet plan and added some tips(7 actually). This plan just ask you ti try one of the seven tips for 45 days with any diet you like. However that food item should not come in the list of things to avoid. I am trying one of tip since3 weeks and i am definitely feeling a lot better with 2 pounds less :) you can search the book name on google with 3 x 15 days diet plan and try for yourself :)
