Did ok this week. Started the C25k.

Ladies, I lost 5lbs this week but had a terrible 5lb gain last week before I joined the group so it wouldn't be fair to log that.
I'm just glad I broke even. Phewwww!!!

I think I have hit ANOTHER plateau! I think it's been 4 weeks now since a loss!!! :grumble:
Hmm... gonna work my butt off this week. Switch up the workouts, try to burn 3500 calories, I have hope that I will break it.
Off on vacation in three weeks and I'd love to be able to wear my bikini without feeling super self-conscious!!!0 -

So my goal was to hit 130 by Halloween and I'm lower than that so I'm about 8 lbs away from my Christmas goal...I may try to lose the 8 before Halloween (or as close to it as i can but the weight is coming off slower now. Ultimate goal is 115 which i think 12 lbs is doable in almost 3 months. Thanks to all you lovely ladies for your support it has made a huge difference for me to do this as a team!0 -

192.0 lbs! I am hoping to reach my goal of 190 by the end of next week, then aim for as close to 180 as I can get for Halloween!!! :bigsmile: I think I'm going to have to readjust my xmas goal, and I'm not upset about it haha!

I lost a pound while in San Antonio for a vet tech conference. I was very proud, as there were two parties on two different nights being hosted by drug reps and they had free food AND free beverages of my personal choice! I'm at 165.8 now0
