I've just sat and made a meal planner for the week - what do you think??

Monday: Chicken tikka skewers, warm chappati and salad.
Tuesday: Cod fillets with a lemon and parsley breadcrumb crust, summer greens and baby new potatoes.
Wednesday: Rosemary chicken and roasted ratatouille one pot.
Thursday: Chargrilled lean steak with sweet potato wedges and salad.
Friday: Chicken and vegetable casserole.
Saturday: Superhealthy pizza (with tomato puree, mozarella cheese, roasted red peppers and courgettes)
Sunday: Leftovers day!

Breakfasts: Choose between porridge, oats and more cereal and weetabix.
Lunches: Soups and low cal sandwiches.
Snacks: Fruit and rice cakes.

    Breakfasts - soy yoghurt, eggs, or wholemeal toast with peanut butter.

    Lunches - my freezer is full of single portion leftoversof quinoa, risottoes, veg soup etc.

    Snacks - cheese, eggs, almonds, soy dessert


    Monday: Prawn stir-fry with loads of veg
    Tuesday: Lamb steaks, sweet potato mash, some green veg.
    Wednesday: my parents are visiting! Poached chicken, puy lentil salad, crushed herbed baby potatoes
    Thursday: Ham salad
    Friday: Fish, since my other half is away and he doesnt like it. Salmon with green beans.
    Saturday: Tuna steak with ratatouille
    Sunday: Cheese omelette
