First week-4lbs down

I'm super proud of this-not only was it tough picking my weakest week of the month hormone wise but I also had a weekend away where food was totally out of control. I was bad for two of the days but I was confident it would be ok as I had stuck so rigidly during the week.
I have now that I am setting myself a 2lb per week loss. I have 30lbs to lose, which should take me 15 weeks. I aim to be at target for Monday 7th November. I started my weight loss journey a long time ago-my top recorded weight being 221lbs. I am 41lbs down now-roll on target (with less roles) of 150lbs. I'm excited to see you again.
I love what I have seen from MFP so far-it's nice to have the freedom of food but knowing the limits gives me realistic expectations from my daily food intake.
I have three challenges this week-
Boyfriend's birthday-I'm cooking-so will hopefully be able to make something splendid and low calorie.
Leaving meal at a wonderful local restaurant-I'm going to chose a salad with dressing on the side in the hope that this will be the most sensible choice.
Meal out on Saturday in London-for my bf birthday-this will be a restaurant of my choice-so going to study and make an informed decision.
Best of luck to all calorie counters this week-I'll be lurking around and hopefully becoming more a part of this community.
