slow and steady the weight is dropping. Had quite a few "bad" days the last two weeks but i still managed to lose half a pound! Total 6 lbs so far. Chalking it up to our amazing hiking trip yesterday, went to the Flume Gorge in NH and it was sooo beautiful. Was very proud of myself for making the path, I did have to stop and catch my breath a few times, there were tons and tons of stairs, but it was soo worth it! Happy Monday all!
