Hi All,
I like the pie chart break down feature on the iphone but I was wondering what is the percentage break down I should aim for...I know 0% fat would be awesome but in reality what is the percentage break down for carbs, protien and fats?
Thanks xox

It's different for everyone, but here's a calculator to figure it out for you. And you need some fat, don't aim for no fat.

0% fat would be really bad actually. It depends how you are dieting. Mine tends to end up nearly a 3 way split.0
