I am starting my holiday diet... yet again !!! I have managed to be really good for 10 days, but I so want CHOCOLATE or basically anything sweet... going to try to resit the urge but just have to get that off my chest :-)

So far I have lost 2lbs.. just another 6lbs to go :heart:

    It's hard in the beginning but if you stick with it the cravings stop. Good luck.
  • You could try a Nakd cocoa delight bar or the coco orange one. They taste nice and only 135 calories :)
    The good thing is they have no nasties, no added sugar, they are 100% fruit, nuts and a little bit of coco yum.
  • I try to remember this...Nothing tastes as good as being healthy (skinny..lol) feels! Good luck and you can do this. Add me as a friend and we can help each other.

    I find Hartley's sugar free jelly helps with those cravings! And only 10 cals per pot :smile:
