I've got a poorly tummy (TOM) but I am determined to go to the gym tonight, I just don't know what exercises to do??

I might go for a short run on the treadmill and maybe on the bike... it's better to go than not isn't it??

OF course! It will give you energy and it helps immensely with cramps. :-)

Better to go- if the run is not feasible once you try, do a long walk. Try a brisk walk and then slow down if that is too much.

If in the end gyming isn't possible, because of not feeling well( I've had days with my TOM I would throw up) take today as your 'rest day' and work out on what would have been a rest day.

If it were me, I'd get in a nice long walk on the track or treadmill. That's really all I feel like doing around that time, but it's better than nothing.

I did a spin class with hideous cramps the other week - I went in feeling ill and came out feeling much better and the cramps had gone!! Give it a try - I hope it works for you too x
