Motivational Friends wanted on myfitnesspal!

Hi All,

Just started my new fitness pal journey today and would love a few friends to help motivate me to sticking at what must be diet 5000. I guess I have to approach this a bit differently as it isn't really about dieting, it's about thinking about what I am eating and how much (or little!) exercise I am doing.

Me and my partner have already started trying for family recently and Im really paranoid that I am going to struglle to carry any extra weight above my own!

Would love to hear how mums to be or those who have young familt to see how they are coping and to get some much needed inspiration!
