If I want to workout on the weekend, I have to do it first thing. If I don't, I'll just sit around the house all day saying, "I'll do it in an hour." I get up brush my teeth, throw my hair in a pony, put my workout clothes on, grab some water, and go. Doing it that way is the only way I'll get it done.0

On Friday try planning your meals for the weekend so you have an idea of what you are going to eat (as opposed to just getting hungry and eating what is close to hand) this way you know how many calories you have to play with.
Also try adding in your exercise cals when you are planning - this may give you an incentive to work out (for example if you see you are burning 400 cals running you could use 200cals of that as a 'treat') - this wont work for everyone of course - logging prior to working out can be counterproductive BUT I know that if U have a nice brun I will use some of those calories to have a few glasses of wine!
Keep yourself occupied - boredom is a killer for me so I make sure if I don't have plans to go out I have plenty to do at home (chores keep me out of trouble)
I find things much easier when I have structure - IE when I know roughly what I am doing for the weekend and roughy what I am going to eat!0 -

Getting it done first thing in the morning on the weekends is important for me, if I don't do it right away after getting up its likely to not happen. Excuses are so much easier on the weekend. Meal times are off their usual hour, social events clog up the day planner. All these things equate to workouts not getting done on the weekend. Regardless of whatever time you get up on the weekend, whether you are an early riser or like to sleep in till noon, get your exercise in as soon as you are up.0
