What are your goals for today and for this week?

Today's Goal.. stay within my calories, i'm not feeling so wonderful today.. yucky allergies and sinuses, so if I feel better this afternoon, I'm gonna work out, but if not, I'm not gonna worry about it, b'c I'm gonna stay within my calories. And 80 oz of water!

This Week's Goal.. For the scale to actually weigh me instead of giving me an ERROR.

    I wrote out my food and exercise plan for the entire week, broken down in 3 hour increments, last night. My goal this week is to stick with it and FINALLY see some movement on the scale after over a month of being STUCK in the same damn place!

    My goal are to keep under my calories, drink 8 pints of water daily and if i can at least 20 minutes of zumba daily and a 10 min run / cycle x

    Do you really need that much water? Hope you will feel better soon as it is hard to see beyond feeling bad and be optomistic about anything. Good luck with your program, FG
