Congratulations! My grandpa is in recovery (I forget the exact number of years but closing in on 20!) and he told me it was the hardest thing he ever has had to do. Especially since we live in an area where drinking is a socially acceptable activity with literally EVERYTHING (high school football games, fishing, hunting, sitting around....people here drink like fish!) Definitely makes you a strong person!

Congratulations! On July 11th I celebrated 11 years! Definitely the best thing I've ever done. Next, I quit smoking....a little over a year ago. Now I'm going to lose the weight that I gained! Have a great day. Gail

I have a few family members in a similar position, so well done. 4 years is really good going.
