I'm trying to make a life change & change the way I eat. I'm 212lbs and 5'2" not good for me. I wanna lose 62lbs and hopefully feel good for a change. My goal is 150 and to look hot before I turn 40 next year. I know I didn't get this big over night it will take time to get it off and I'm ok with that. I hope if I take it off slower I will keep it off. I was sitting at my daughters 2.5 hour cheer/tumble practice doing nothing with a whole workout area looking at me (the machines not people). Why not use it since I'm there twice a week anyway. So I've started looking at what I put in my body & started working out with a personal trainer. We have an Adult Prom coming up in Feb 2012 and I wanna have to find a new dress and look GOOD!
Can't wait to see the changes and get to know everyone.

    Hi! This is a great site. I guess my eyes just opened up....I always talk about wanting to lose weight, how come I can't, etc...No one else can lose the weight but me. It is up to ME to make the right choices and exercise. If I choose to go through the drive through then it is my fault I feel yucky....So I am committed to making a change....making the right choices. Hard Work = Results. That's it. So if you have a good support system and stick to it you will be successfully. I need to listen to my own advice.

    Good Luck. My son's class is going to Washington D.C. at the end of this school year and I want to go as a chaperone. I don't want to be the fat Mom....ya know.
