I NOTICE ALOT OF PEOPLE GETTING DISCOURAGED AFTER NOT SEEING RESULTS RIGHT AWAY
I AM A GIRL WHO ALWAYS WANTED A QUICK FIX FOR WEIGHT LOSS SO TRUST ME I UNDERSTAND

BUT WHAT WE NEED TO REMEMBER IS, WE DIDNT PUT THIS WEIGHT ON OVER NIGHT, SO ITS NOT GOING TO COME OFF OVER NIGHT.

PATIENCE, HARD WORK, DEDICATION, AND HONESTY WITH IN OURSELVES IS WHAT WILL WORK,

ASK QUESTIONS, MAYBE SOMEONE ON HERE HAS A WORK OUT THAT CAN WORK FOR YOU!

=) IM HERE IF ANYONE NEEDS MOTIVATION! IVE BEEN ON THE SAME BOAT!!! <3

SO TRUE! People need ot remember it isn't about getting the weight off, it is about changing your life sop you get it off and keep it off! You have to do it by doing things you can live with doing the rest of your life!!!!!! Diets don't work, changing bad habits into good ones does!

Totally agree 100%!!! There is no quick fix. Dedication, determination, blood, sweat and tears are the only things that will get you where you want to be. No secret pill or magic dust. Lots and lots of hard work!!!

    Amen!

For the seriously discouraged, I'd encourage you to watch the documentary "Super Size Me" or at least make note of this fact: one of the film's biggest jaw-droppers is the fact that Morgan Spurlock -- who is the picture of perfect health before starting his experiment -- puts on 30 lbs. in one month, then requires MORE THAN 18 MONTHS TO LOSE IT. Think about that...we accumulate so much faster than we lose that you can't expect instant gratification.

Consider me. Three months ago I ate like a pig and couldn't do one pushup. Today I'm down 27 lbs. and I'm up to 13 pushups (and beginning a quest for 100!). The first two to three weeks were HARD and I wasn't sure I could keep going...but really, perseverance is your friend!
