I know that it is best to eat a lot of veggies as they are lower in sugar but I don't like all that many veggies...So - what kinds of fruit do others of you eat. I am getting bored with the pear, apple, blueberry, etc. routine. I don't even mind if a fruit is higher in calories if it helps to keep you full. Have a good day...

Berries are lowest in sugar. Then probably apples, melon and graperfruit. If you add some into your diary you should get the sugar content so you can eliminate or not as you see fit.
  • I eat peaches! This is their "in" season, so they're easy to get fresh, especially if you live around local growers, or have a farmers market in your town! They're just a few calories, and not too sweet! I've been eating them for breakfast and they are just perfect.. especially with sugar sprinkled on top if you feel it ;)

Fruit is SO in right now! .... get it?? in season?? bwahaha

Anyways, bananas and melons. Both are filling. Melons are really filling and packed w/ fiber and water... and really tasty! I ALWAYS have melons chopped up in my fridge.
