A bit confused

I just started on MFP. I am a weight watchers member so normally i just count points but wanted to switch it up a bit and see how this works.
I am meeting the caloric intake taht is recommened for me but I'm confused as to wheter i need to eat the protein and carbs suggested as well. I'm usually short on those but have ate my calories already > Should I try to make it all equal? and if so how ?

Is anyone else using WW ?
