Why Weight Watchers doesn’t work? 5 reasons

I agree that many of the reasons in your post are true. However, I lost 120 lbs on it 2001 and managed to keep it all off till 2011. Since then, I gained back 25 lbs and am in the process of losing it with mfp. I am loving mfp and feel like it is more sustainable for me than WW was.0

I have a family member that has lost 80 lbs at WW...but she's had to do it four or five times.
Also, why do they keep on having to change thier weight loss system? Before points system
it was something else, and something else before that. (I just can't remember the names!)
And why do so many gain the weight back??? Yes, it is healthier than some plans out there
but it is too focused on just the number of pounds lost each week. It was way too stressful
for me every time I had to weigh in...even if I lost inches, I would feel like a failure if the
number that week did not reflect it and others would give me "poor you" attitude which
made it worse.0
