Between 1300-1400 calories. If I net only the 1200 calories more than a day or two I start to get cranky, and foggy and can't function happily.0

Net at the moment - 16500
-
1,000 - 1,400
Depends how I'm feeling on eating more or less. This is what works for me and might work differently for others.0 -
1350ish, I am set at 1lb a week and for that its 1610, so I target under that and over 1200 I usually end up in the 1300-1400s0
-
Usually around 1300 I think.0

It's set to 1400, but I usually get around 13000

 1460 & I eat my extra exercise calories most of the time. I used to be scared to do that but I'm still losing weight so I'm okay with that now.0

i usually try to stay under 1000. (im strange - i always gain weight when i eat more :indifferent: ) but once a week i eat around 1400 to boost my metabolism.0

Around 1500-1800. With high healthy fat and protein ratio and under 100g for carbs which are only complex forms.0

The last 7 days averages 1423. Seems a bit high, but I do exercise a lot and I am not *technically* concerned with losing weight.
If I made this post on on the 28th of this month, it would be much higher. I went over a lot on Friday at my school's pre-Summer Vacation party and tomorrow is my birthday and I plan to eat copious amounts of carbs and sugar. ^^0 -
mfp tells me to eat 2020.. so i do that.0
