Can you feel your metabolism change?

This may sound strange, but I think I can... Something about how my body feels (other than the weight loss itself) seems extra efficient, and I can only assume my metabolism has kicked into high gear.

Anyone have thoughts on this or a similar feeling?

I think so! I know that the more protein I've been eating has been helping keep me active!! I feel like a tank with my boost in metabolism. :D

This might sound strange but I notice I sweat in general more...I used to never sweat like at all, ever, and now I notice i do much more and not just during or after a workout either. I think it might just mean my body is burning more and working harder?

I can tell when I'm burning more fat because I feel warmer than normal and also have more energy.

Not strange at all! The worse I am fitness-wise, the LESS I sweat. I will work my butt off in cardio, but won't sweat until afterwards. When I am at it for a couple of weeks, I then start to sweat like I am in a swimming pool doing the same exercise.

Thanks all! So glad to know I'm not alone in feeling the difference.
