Treadmill Workouts

I did this routine today. I did the sprint intervals I started at 8.0 cut back to 7.5 then I went 8.5 to 9.0... It's a good workout!!

    I was doing 7-7.5 every two minutes for 1 to 2 minutes but I am getting bored with it. This is nice though.

    Have you tried the C25K Workout for treadmills? I just started it and it does give you those short sprint bursts and can probably be adjusted if you are bit more advanced..
