I'm getting about 60 to 65g of protein a day and want a way to boost my intake without spending $50 bucks a month on a GOOD protein powder, so I went to Walmart and found Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder. It's 56g or 26g of protein for half a serving and a little over 8g of BCAA's for under #15 bucks.
The only negative thing I can say is that obviously it isn't going to be absorbed into your body as whey peptides, so thinking maybe using it as a post workout shake? Anyone used this product and have any suggestions, comments. ect.
